If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

All was well except the card was not sent (or lost) with the arrangement. The recipient did not know who the flowers were from and I never heard from her about them until I asked. Without the card, she had no idea who to thank. It created some ackwardness. Thanks. ---- Florist's Response: Jennifer, I just spoke with my delivery driver and she remembers the gentleman that received the flowers for Renee, read the card as she handed them to him. She also reads the recipients name on the card to verify correct arrangement. I am not sure what happened but this is our normal procedure. Sorry that this created some awkwardness for you, however, I do not believe this was on our end. Our apologies if it was and just give us a call next time and we will figure it out and make it right. I hope the flowers were up to your expectations! Thank you!
