Beautiful arrangement and Superb Customer Service! The flowers were a birthday present for my sister and I live in Iowa. Brooke could not reach my sister by phone and I didn’t want the flowers left outside as I didn’t know if she left for the weekend. Brooke was in communication with me until the day’s final delivery opportunity to see if I reached my sister. Unfortunately I couldn’t until late afternoon but the flowers were delivered the following Monday. A very happy ending. Thank you!! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much Tom!
