Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Thank you for renewing my faith in ordering online! My order looked exactly like the photo and arrived in good time! I will be using your services again. My last online purchase at another company was a disaster and it was a 50th wedding anniversary. The florist reserved the right to substitute, and they substituded a lesser quality bouquet that I could have picked up at Walmart for $25 and charged me $95.00 plus a $50 delivery fee.
